REPORTING WHISTLEBLOWING OFFENSES
With Legislative Decree 24/2023, which entered into force on 30 March 2023 and takes effect from 17 December 2023, Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law.
This Decree repealed and replaced the previous regulations on the subject, introducing numerous innovations which affected various aspects including the subject of the violations, the audience of reporting subjects, the activation of the reporting channels and the methods of use, the involvement of the ANAC and the extension of protection measures to people or entities supporting the whistleblower.
Serenissima Ristorazione SpA, which has already had an internal reporting channel for some time, has updated this section in order to adapt to the new regulatory provisions and thus allow all Stakeholders, both internal and external, to receive clear and understandable information regarding the purposes, the content and operational methods relating to the reports.
