EMAS Environmental Management System

Serenissima Ristorazione got the registration to Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS), a tool created by the European Community to which companies can voluntarily join for evaluate and improve its environmental performance and provide the public with information about its environmental management.

The Family Audit

Serenissima Ristorazione implements the Family Audit, a standard adopted by the Autonomous Province of Trento on work-life balance, for the promotion of personnel management policies aimed at the well-being of its employees and their families.

Trentino eco-catering

With the MUSE Cafè refreshment point inside the Science Museum of Trento, in October 2016 Serenissima Ristorazione acquired the Ecoristorazione Trentino brand, an important recognition of the Autonomous Province of Trento for choices in the field of environmental sustainability.


The Serenissima Green Cleaning division has obtained the Ecolabel Certification for cleaning services. EU Ecolabel is the ecological quality mark of the European Union (established in 1992 by reg. 880/92 and is now governed by Reg. (CE) n. 66/2010 which distinguishes products and services characterized by a reduced environmental impact during the entire life cycle, while ensuring high performance standards.

Giulia Putin in the Top 100 of "Forbes Italia"

Giulia Putin, Chief Purchasing Manager of Serenissima Ristorazione, is among the 100 female professionals awarded by "Forbes Italia" for commitment and leadership skills in 2022. This was announced by the prestigious magazine following the publication of the annual Top100 dedicated to the topic.


In May 2022 we were included among the 300 Green Stars of sustainability in Italy in the "Catering Services" category. The award was assigned by the German Quality and Finance Institute and its media partner La Repubblica A&F following a study that collected over one million online citations (social media, blogs, news portals, etc.) relating to the impact green businesses.
