Serenissima Catering in Pavia: innovation in the heart of the group

The "Cook and Chill", this is the name, was created with the aim of providing meals that are safe from a hygienic-sanitary point of view and of high quality during the preparation, conservation and distribution of food, also guaranteeing a wide differentiation of the proposed diets.

Already used in the kitchen by the greatest Italian starred chefs, it is a methodology applied in hospitals that brings benefits in production planning as well as a reduction in waste and savings in management costs. A necessary condition is the quality and freshness of the raw materials used: the meals leave the cooking center packaged in personalized trays or multi-portion containers which, placed in special trolleys, reach the end user at the right consumption temperature.
