Your daily break, from a hearty breakfast to a snack or lunch

Airports, hospitals, train stations, tourist villages: the Serenissima Group operates throughout Italy in bars, à la carte restaurants, self-service restaurants, and food courts. Efficient service is guaranteed through attention to the spaces – which are often renovated – together with the quality and convenience of the offering: it is no surprise that the Serenissima Group serves several of the most visited tourist destinations in the country.

These include the St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, the European Food Safety Authority in Parma, Bocconi University in Milan, the Egyptian Museum in Turin, and the CIF-OIL (ILO- International Labour Organization) Campus also in Turin, where Serenissima Ristorazione manages different food courts: comfortable and tasteful places where visitors, students and personnel can relax and enjoy a hot meal, a full lunch, a pizza, or a simple coffee.

EFSA

EFSA

Serenissima Ristorazione manages the cafeteria and bar at the new headquarters of EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). International menus, multi-ethnic users, catering inside and outside the headquarters, and a focus on reducing its environmental impact are the key features of this client. EFSA has joined the circle of elite food services and catering businesses.

CIF-OIL

The International Training Centre (Centro Internazionale di Formazione, or CIF) was founded in Turin in 1964 by the International Labour Organisation, in collaboration with the Italian government, as an institute for professional advancement. Serenissima Ristorazione manages the food services on campus, providing approximately 500 meals per day:

  • 1 restaurant-style dining room with 100 seats and an extensive à la carte menu;
  • 1 self-service dining room with 250 seats and approximately 55 different products;
  • 1 bar with 100 seats that serves hot/cold dishes, sandwiches and freshly-squeezed juice.
