Rossi Catering is the Serenissima Group’s specialised company in the distribution of fresh and semi-fresh food products, supplying the catering field since 1992.
Rossi Catering is also the logistics platform for the Serenissima Group, which means being able to count on the strength and solidity of a great network. Reliability and well-tried experience has been acquired over the years, creating the group’s precise and punctual distribution network. Restaurants, pizzerias, rest homes, schools, hospitals, military barracks, each single client is supplied with its products within 12 hours from the order receipt. A wide choice of products delivered on the most suitable means, refrigerated (+5°) and with compartments for frozen foods (-20°).
Guaranteed quality and safety: beginning with the attention paid to choosing the suppliers and monitoring their performance, Rossi Catering conducts accurate inspections and microbiological controls, in cooperation with SINAL accredited laboratories that are recognised by the Ministry for Health. The company also has a Quality Management System in line with the requisites of the UNI EN ISO 9001:08 standard, with a self-control system to ensure the hygiene-sanitary standards of the HACCP method (risks and critical control points assessment), and obtained UNI 10854:99 certification.
