Serenissima supplies the canteens with the meals through their kitchen centres or through direct management. They can provide automatic dispensers free of charge and, on request, cleaning, laundry, switchboard, wardrobe, porter’s desk and gardening services.
The personnel working in these activities undergo special training and updating courses. Serenissima also provides the training, qualification and employment of the personnel who are already employed by the religious institute.
In the case of need, the internal technical office can renovate the premises, completely the responsibility of Serenissima to ensure they are in line with legislation no. 626.
